Our Care at Home Services provide help for the elderly, disabled and their families enabling them to live a full and independent life in their own homes.
We focus on the health and nutritional balance of our ‘Home cooked meals’ service. Our healthy meals are created and prepared by a qualified Nutritionist who is able to deliver taste and nutritional balance in one healthy meal.
We also provide Community transport in the form of our disabled persons mobility vehicle, which can include shopping for the elderly, support for the disabled, prescription collection and social functions. Other services include Financial support service and Direct Payments advice.
