Who are our customers?
Anyone who we provide care to or assist in their home, residential or nursing home.
What are customer service complaints?
Complaints about the standard of service provided to you by us. Anything you consider to be unacceptable in our dealings with you, if you consider there have been delays in dealing with a request or problem, or that a member of staff has been rude to you.
What are not customer service complaints?
Complaints about a decision which has been based on Wiltshire County Council, CQC or Social Services decisions, for these you should write to the person you have been dealing with, their name is usually at the top of the page.
