We grow from experience

Princess Homecare's Registered Manager organises a team who have over 20 years experience in the Care Industry with extensive training in areas such as Dementia Care, Diabetes support and management and Safeguarding. The Registered Manager is supported by a Deputy Manager who is currently completing a Diploma in Leadership and Management of Adult Social Care.

Members of the team have been in Care for a minimum of 3 years and some over 20 years, ensuring quality of service is drawn from education and experience of both leadership and front line work.

CQC Rules

  • All staff conducting personal care to be DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) checked
  • All staff to declare previous employers
  • All Staff conducting Personal care will have completed their Care Certificate within 12 weeks of working with us, if they do not already possess an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or above.
  • All staff to undertake specialist training to the level of customer requirements

We work closely with Nutritionist and Personal Training Company SG Fitness, who's exerptise in health and fitness allows us to open a large array of services for our clients including:

  • A nutrition plan desgined by a qualified nutritionist, balancing your diet to give you the best from your favourite foods
  • Exercise prescription for those who are not willing to just give up and sit down!
  • Scientific basis for all our nutritional services ensuring you receive the best.

We'd like to hear from you if you are pleased with our service; you can tell us what we do well so that we know our improvements are working; tell us who does what well and when - our staff are willing to accept praise, to know when they are doing their job well and are appreciated. This also helps with their qualification process as all compliments are included in the marking, which can influence their salary adjustment.
